Thanks for your interest in bringing your stall to the Air Fusion Festival 2006.

The Basic cost of stalls is calculated at £75.00 (the size of a gazebo 3M x 3M) for the whole festival, we do not have stalls for only part of the festival. Moderate accommodation pitch free

Stall holders selling or using inflammable materials must have a working fire extinguisher.

Food stalls must comply with all relevant Health & Safety regulations. All stalls will be checked.

All stalls must have Public indemnity insurance certification.

Electricity can be provided if required at a cost of £20.00 per KW. For the duration of the festival. Please give a fairly accurate estimate for us to assess cable sizes. Any private generators must be checked by our electrician, and fuel storage by our fire officer.

Camping with your stall is permissible, or you can camp in the crew and performers camp.

Payment is required in advance of the festival, a 20% deposit with your application, the balance as you arrive on site. Our stall income is important and is all put into the festival.

The venue this year is Courtenay Park, a large landscaped park in the town opposite the railway station.
